1. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
-Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information in the 3-5 days, due to the lack of stock, customs inspection, extreme weather, etc., there may be a delay.
How long does it take to ship my order?
After 3-8 days of processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 business days (depending on where are you from) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way.
How can I track my package?
We will send you a tracking number and our Shop app which you can download and you will be able to track your package, and then after a few days when the shipment enters the country, you will be able to track it with https://track24.net/, tracking number will be available in 3-8 days from the date of payment.
3 Refunds
Do you accept returns/ refunds?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days from the date of delivery/receiving the order for a full refund, without the additional costs to you.
Also contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, does not match the description, never arrives or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue.
